If we both feel that the fit is right, we will set up a Free 60 min Discovery Session via Zoom so that you can experience what working with me would feel, look and sound like

At this end of this exchange, we’ ll know whether I am the right person to work with you. We’ll also discuss the length of the program that is best suited to you, as well as its investment

I’ll take you through a smooth process to take care of the paperwork, logistics and investment

All my sessions are currently held via video calls on Zoom, and I’ll therefore invite you to download the application on your device (if you don’t have it yet). It’s free of charge

Comfortably set up in a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted, we will ‘meet’ online

Whilst I will lead you along a roadmap, the journey will be entirely yours. Each session will be tailor made to your needs, and leading you towards realising what you want. At the end of each session, you’ll have a clearer vision to move forward and a first action to put in place

I will be encouraging, nurturing, and yet hold you accountable to move forward

Depending on your needs and preferences, the sessions will be a blend of discussion, introspection, reflection exercises, practice of tools, as well as breathing techniques and deep relaxation
