This program offers a blend of online self-study material and interactive one-to-one sessions to dive deeper into each module, and tailor each session to your needs.

Before each coaching session, you will have access to specific online materials designed to prepare you in depth. These resources may include key concepts relevant to our coaching topics, reading/audio/video materials, reflection exercises etc. Engaging with these before each session will deepen your understanding, stimulate powerful conversations, and maximize the impact of our time together.

7 week immersive one-to-one program

  • Dive-In 60 min one-to-one Zoom session x1 to define what you want to achieve and experience, and lay the groundwork for the program Identifying areas for improvement and desired outcomes
